About the Film:In one conversation, everything changes for successful, self-centered businessman Ariel Bloch (veteran Israeli actor and comedian Shai Avivi in a rare serious role). When Ariel's college girlfriend (Assi Levy, WEDDING DOLL, 2015; AVIVA, MY LOVE, SJFF 2008) reveals that she was pregnant when she and Ariel separated 20 years earlier, Ariel is unwittingly transformed from unattached bachelor to father. He visits his son's favorite haunts and is, in turn, haunted by the son he could have had and the choices he could have made. A beautifully constructed, inside-out probing of grief, fatherhood, yearning, and transformation. Awarded Best Screenplay at the Israeli Academy Awards (Ophirs) and at the Jerusalem Film Festival.
