How to Volunteer?

Welcome!

The Seattle Jewish Film Festival relies heavily on our fantastic volunteers. We are currently scheduling volunteers for our March 15 - 25, 2012 festival for a number of roles including usher, ticket taker, special event setup, audience choice ballot counters. We also welcome volunteer help in our office during the days leading up to the festival.

HOW TO VOLUNTEER
This year we're using GOOGLE DOCS for volunteer calendar and scheduling before the festival. You can access the complete schedule (Excel sheet) by clicking here to view shifts and sign up. Alternatively, please email or call 206.622.6315 ×5 and ask for volunteer coordinator. During the festival, you must call volunteer coordinators to cancel or change schedules.
VOLUNTEER INFO
Once scheduled, you will be emailed the SJFF 2012 Volunteer Info Guidelines which you must read prior to your first shift. There is no mandatory meeting. to view shifts and sign up. Alternatively, please email or call 206.622.6315 ×5 and ask for volunteer coordinator. During the festival, you must call volunteer coordinators to cancel or change schedules.
VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
We have a variety of volunteer positions available including: office admin prior and after the festival, shleppers (with cars), venue setup, ushers, pass checkers, ballot takers etc.
