The terrible personal toll of a life of espionage is the fascinating subject of this film and winner of the 2007 Israeli Academy Award for Best Documentary. During the 1960s, legendary Israeli Mossad agent Wolfgang Lotz (his covert name) left his family behind and went undercover in Cairo to sabotage an Egyptian weapons program. Posing as an ex-Nazi playboy, Lotz increasingly grew consumed with his bogus identity and alter-ego. After 40 years of silence, his son discusses the childhood burden being the son of a real-life James Bond. A rare and riveting glimpse into the dark side of real-life cloak-and-dagger spy games.
