Powerful performances mark this intense drama about a neo-Nazi skinhead on trial for a racially motivated murder and the Jewish lawyer Danny Dunkelman, played by Oscar™-nominee David Strathairn (Good Night, and Good Luck), who reluctantly agrees to defend him. Danny, though repulsed by the unrepentant, racist philosophy of his client, is nevertheless compelled to uphold his belief in justice and the essential Jewish virtue of compassion.
