On the occasion of our 13th annual "Bar Mitzvah" year, WA State Jewish Historical Society, SJFF and MOHAI collaboratively present an exhibit by, for and about this most-recognized of Jewish life-cycle events. Learn how our community marks this rite-of-passage. See a Mount Rainier Bar Mitzvah invitation, read a moving 1944 Bar Mitzvah speech in Ladino and English, and enjoy a digital slide-show with tons of dignified family and Torah poses from today and yesteryear.

Exhibit on display for the entire month of April. Free with Festival or MOHAI admission. Location: MOHAI Knight Gallery, downstairs as you enter the auditorium.

SJFF thanks the WA State Jewish Historical Society, MOHAI and coordinator Mimi Sternberg for their tremendous efforts.
